Challenge: Stellari, a sustainable womenswear startup, was in need of a consistent brand voice for their social media and web channels.
Process: I ran a workshop with the founder, brand manager, brand designer, social media manager, and target audience members so we could align on brand positioning and promise. We also brainstormed about how we wanted customers to feel when interacting with Stellari and outlined its emotional and functional benefits. Then, I got to work on developing the brand voice guide, with feedback from the internal team.
